I have been performing stand-up comedy since first taking the stage at Caroline's on Broadway in February 2004. Being a stand-up comic opened doors to a number of great gigs in TV, Radio & Film. Most notably, I was given a part in and eventually cut out of Eat, Pray Love (2012), starring Julia Roberts.
After a bad joke landed me in hot-water, I found myself in court; defending against accusations of terrorism. To this date, I might be the only person both NPR and Fox News spoke highly of.
My short film, Dream Job (2012) helped me jump from the gig economy to the corporate office. Unfortunately, it killed my stage time. Now that I'm semi-retired from corporate life I've been finding more opportunities for stage time.
